2. What you are buying

A subscription licence to use the Jackson Guardian add-on (Manual and Bots editions) for NinjaTrader 8 on Windows. It includes: the software, its updates while the subscription is active, the Telegram alerts bot, and support through that same channel.

Requirements: NinjaTrader 8 on Windows and an internet connection (with a 72-hour offline grace period to validate the licence). It does not work on MetaTrader, TradingView or other platforms.

3. Prices, payments and renewal

Before paying, the Stripe checkout screen asks you to accept these terms.

• Monthly: €55/month, no commitment.
• Commitment plan: €30/month billed month by month, with a minimum term of 4 months. If you cancel before 4 months, the difference against the monthly price is charged (€25 for each month already used, capped at €100). No hidden lock-in beyond that.
• Private room (with code): €20/month, 15-day free trial and no commitment. Price guaranteed for 1 year, renewable while you remain a room member. Codes are personal, single-use and tied to a specific email address.

All prices include VAT. Billing is recurring and automatic until cancelled. Before the first charge of a free trial you are notified by email.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel yourself, at any time and without giving reasons, from Manage my subscription or with the /baja command in the Telegram bot. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until that date and no new charges are made.

Right of withdrawal: as a consumer you have 14 calendar days from purchase to withdraw. By subscribing, you expressly request the immediate start of the service and accept that, once the licence key has been issued and the service activated, you lose the right of withdrawal (art. 103.m of the Spanish Consumer Act, TRLGDCU). Safety net: if within the first 14 days you have not activated any key, we refund the full amount by writing to [email protected]. And if a technical problem prevents you from using the product, contact us: we look for a solution or refund you.

5. Licence of use (what you may and may not do)

You are granted a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence, valid on up to 2 machines while the subscription is active. The software remains the property of its author.

Not permitted: reselling, renting, assigning or sharing the licence; distributing copies of the software; or attempting to decompile, modify or circumvent its licensing system. Breach results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Privacy and data

What data is processed:

• Email address and billing data: collected and held by Stripe as payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.
• Licence key and a technical device fingerprint (an anonymous, non-reversible identifier derived from the system): to validate the licence and limit it to 2 machines.
• Telegram chat identifier, only if you choose to link the bot, to send you your alerts.
• Technical events from the software (panic, limit reached, licence dropped) so we can alert you and provide support.

What is NOT processed: we do not access your broker accounts, we do not see your positions or your capital, we do not place trades for you and we do not sell data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Purpose and legal basis: performance of the subscription contract. Retention: for the duration of the relationship and the legally required period for invoicing. Processors: Stripe (payments; US/EU, with standard contractual clauses), Cloudflare (web hosting and DNS; US/EU), Telegram (messaging) and Oracle Cloud (licensing server, EU region). The code-redemption form collects your email address. In addition, your browser stores a local technical marker that you have accepted the risk notice: it is not a tracking cookie and never leaves your device.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. To exercise them, write via /soporte in the bot, quoting the email used for your purchase.

Data controller: the owner named in section 1. If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, and no third-party analytics. The only cookies that may appear are the strictly technical ones from the payment provider (Stripe) when you access the checkout or the subscription portal.

8. Liability and availability

The software is provided as is, with a commitment to maintain it and fix bugs while the subscription is active. We do not guarantee the total absence of faults, nor the uninterrupted availability of third-party services (NinjaTrader, brokers, Telegram, data or internet providers).

In particular, and for transparency: protections that depend on your computer require the computer to be on and connected. That is why the program places physical stops on the broker's server, which are the only ones that survive a power cut or a connection drop. Always trading with a stop from the outset is strongly recommended.

Express exclusion: Jackson Guardian is a risk-management tool, not a trading system: it does not decide, recommend or place trades on its own initiative. Under no circumstances is the owner liable for trading losses, closures or disqualifications of evaluation or funded accounts, loss of profit or indirect damages arising from the user's trading, the chosen configuration, third-party faults or latency (platform, broker, data provider, connection) or market conditions.

Maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

8 bis. Responsible use — user obligations

The user is solely responsible for configuring and maintaining the protections: the loss limit, the contract limit, the emergency stop and the account assignment are decided and entered by the user. A limit set to 0 is a switched-off limit. Before using it with real money, the user undertakes to:

• Test it on a simulation account until each protection is understood.
• Configure the limits in line with their account and their funding firm's rules (each prop firm's limits are the user's responsibility, not the software's).
• Understand that the loss limit is a circuit breaker, not an exact figure: between the reading and the market execution, the close may complete somewhat beyond the limit, especially with several contracts or a fast market.
• Keep the machine on and connected for the local protections, and trade with a server-side stop from the outset.
• Understand that closing or flattening several accounts at once involves an inherent latency (order submission, broker response, instrument data volume): orders are sent in milliseconds, but execution across all accounts may complete with delays of seconds, especially in fast instruments or extreme market moves.

Third-party trademarks: NinjaTrader® and the funding firms or brokers mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Jackson Guardian is an independent development and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or approved by any of them.

Acceptance: purchasing, redeeming a code, or installing and activating a licence implies full acceptance of these terms and of the risk disclosure.

8 ter. Bot-Lab — La Zona Trade bots sold on this site

The Bot-Lab section sells two NinjaTrader 8 programs (Gold Bot 4.1 ATR and Bot 5.0 Adaptive, plus the Suite bundle) created by the trading school La Zona Trade. The owner of this site acts as the sales, licensing and technical distribution platform: it collects the price, issues the licence, serves downloads and updates and shares the revenue with the creator. The intellectual property of the algorithms belongs to La Zona Trade.

• What you buy: a licence to use (not the code) the chosen bot, for 1 computer (2 for the Suite). All plans are billed monthly (like Jackson Guardian): you choose the commitment term (monthly with no lock-in, or 3, 6 or 12 months at a lower monthly price) and are charged each month; or a lifetime licence with a single payment. Updates included while the licence is active. After payment you receive the key and the download link by email.
• Free trial: 14 days, one per person, no card; it expires by itself. Use it in simulation to evaluate the product before buying.
• Cancellation and refunds: subscriptions are billed monthly; at the end of the chosen commitment term they can be cancelled from the Stripe email and will not renew. Months already started are not refunded; if you cancel before completing the 3, 6 or 12-month commitment, the remaining months of the accepted term may be charged. Lifetime licences are digital content delivered immediately (key + download): by purchasing you agree that delivery starts at once and that, once the key is issued, there is no right of withdrawal (art. 103.m Spanish Consumer Act). If a technical issue prevents the bot from working on your computer and we cannot solve it within 7 days, we refund the amount.
• Support: installation, settings and bot questions → La Zona Trade (channels in your welcome email). Licences, payments and updates → Jackson Guardian (/soporte on @JacksonGuardianBot).
• Published parameters: La Zona Trade may publish recommended parameters that the bot applies automatically while "Use La Zona parameters" is enabled. You may disable it in NinjaTrader and use your own; the configuration is then your responsibility.
• Risk: the bots place real futures trades if you enable them on a live account. They are tools, not advice, and do not guarantee results. Results shown are dated backtests or the creator's own accounts; past results do not guarantee future results. Always test in simulation first and trade only with money you can afford to lose. The risk disclosure and section 8 bis apply in full.
• Protected licence: the bot validates its licence against our server (key + machine fingerprint). Copying, decompiling, redistributing or sharing the licence is forbidden; detection means suspension without refund.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile where consumer-protection rules so require.
